Preface: The reason I purchased the UT-72G GMRS Magnet Mount is because I already own the Nagoya UT-72 HAM Magnet Mount and was highly satisfied with the SWR match and performance on the 2M/440 HAM bands. It is actually a magnet mount antenna but I removed it from the magnet and used a stainless corner brace from Home Depot.
